This service protects guests from accidental damage that may occur during their stay. For a small fee (8 euro/per day), guests are covered for minor accidental damages to the apartment’s furniture, equipment, or décor.
What is covered
Damage Guest Protection covers unintentional and accidental damages, such as:
- Broken glasses, dishes, or small appliances
- Minor damage to furniture or decoration
- Stains or accidental damage to linens or towels
- Small accidental damage to equipment inside the apartment
Coverage applies up to €300 per stay.
What is not covered
The protection does not apply to:
- Intentional damage or negligence
- Theft or missing items
- Damage caused by parties or unauthorized events
- Damages exceeding the coverage limit
