To make your stay more comfortable and worry-free, Unspoiled Athens offers an optional Damage Guest Protection service.

This service protects guests from accidental damage that may occur during their stay. For a small fee (8 euro/per day), guests are covered for minor accidental damages to the apartment’s furniture, equipment, or décor.

What is covered

Damage Guest Protection covers unintentional and accidental damages, such as:

• Broken glasses, dishes, or small appliances
• Minor damage to furniture or decoration
• Stains or accidental damage to linens or towels
• Small accidental damage to equipment inside the apartment

Coverage applies up to €300 per stay.

What is not covered

The protection does not apply to:

• Intentional damage or negligence
• Theft or missing items
• Damage caused by parties or unauthorized events
• Damages exceeding the coverage limit
